You are responsible for getting your gi to me. I will return the gi to any point in the Continental USA. I am not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.
If you'd like to add tracking or receipt verification, you are welcome to do so at your own expense. Just let me know.
If you are outside the USA, I will ship to you using either USPS or UPS. I'm happy to work with you, but additional charges may apply. Understand that you are responsible for any additional fees that may be applied by your own country through customs or taxes.
You are purchasing a custom, hand dyed gi. Some variation in color is to be expected, and every project is unique. There will not be any other gi like yours. I can guarantee that the color you choose will be deep, vibrant and color fast. It will resist fading and will not bleed, and that it will be the color you choose.
I cannot guarantee that you will like it.
Because this is an irreversible, custom service, there are no refunds and no returns.
I'm happy to dye older gis for you, as long as they are white or unbleached. Oils, stains, wear and other imperfections may persist and the results will vary. While I have a lot of experience with stains and grunginess, there are some that will continue to show through dye, particularly lighter colors.
If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.
