Weigh Ins Tomorrow
Had a light dinner. Grilled chicken breast and some veggies. I weighed myself a bit ago and was 186.5 after dinner. So, I should be fine for the weigh in tomorrow.

One thing that I’m a little concerned about are links to specific articles. Unfortunately, the way that wordpress formats permalinks is different than how blogger does this.
