Then I had the crazy idea of taking on BJJ when my son's dojo added a BJJ instructor. Man, I almost died that first month, and the next and the next. Now, almost three months later, I can at least keep my gas for a whole class instead of dying during the warm up. Anyway, just thought I'd say great idea for a Website and I'll be looking it over to see what's ahead of a me as a 42-year-old n00b to BJJ.
