Not sure. I’d say lack of care is a big part of it, and genetics. Honestly, if I knew, I’d try to fix it!

I have to say, though… I’ll never look at Diego Sanchez the same way again. Before the fight, I thought he was an eccentric, top tier fighter. After… it’s just tragic.
